Before using your Rejumate device, please read the following guidelines to help ensure long-term performance and reliability. If you follow these tips, your device can last for 10 years just like our sample video we made with MJ Meso gun (second generation and been using since 2017)
The most common cause of device damage is when solution, serum, or blood is drawn back into the handpiece. This can damage the internal electronic components and chips, regardless of whether you are using an MJ Meso Device or a Rejumate Injector. Another important part is the battery we will go over that as well.
How to Prevent Backflow Damage
We strongly recommend using the device in Auto Inject Mode whenever possible.
In Auto Inject Mode, the device will only inject when it detects proper contact between the needle tips and the skin. If the needle cartridge is not positioned correctly, the device will not release the product.
This feature helps prevent product leakage and reduces the risk of solution being drawn back into the device.
Proper Needle Positioning
New users often need time to become familiar with positioning the square 9-pin needle cartridge correctly.
Areas such as the forehead, nose, and other curved facial contours are not flat surfaces. When treating these areas, adjust the angle of the cartridge so that all needle tips make full contact with the skin.
When the cartridge is properly positioned:

The skin will be gently suctioned into the cartridge.

Product delivery will be more consistent.

Product leakage will be minimized.
If Product Leakage Occurs
If you notice any leaked solution or blood on the treatment area:
Always wipe the area clean before performing another injection.
Do not immediately inject again over leaked serum or blood.
If the cartridge is placed over pooled solution or blood, the device may draw the liquid back through the needles during suction. This backflow can eventually damage the internal components of the device.
The Purpose of the Filter
The filter inside the device is designed to help prevent solution from being drawn back into the handpiece.
However, filters are not a guarantee against damage. Proper injection technique remains the best way to protect your device.
As you gain experience, you will become more comfortable positioning the cartridge correctly and minimizing product leakage.
Battery Care & Charging Guidelines
Another important tip is to always use the original charging cable supplied with the device. Do not use phone chargers or third-party charging cables, as they may not provide the correct voltage and could affect the performance or lifespan of the battery.
To maximize battery life, avoid recharging the device too frequently. We recommend using the device until the battery level drops to approximately 10% before recharging.
Avoid repeatedly charging the device when the battery level is still above 30%, as frequent partial charging may reduce the battery’s long-term performance.
Recommended Needle Cartridges
We strongly recommend using adjustable-length 9-pin needle cartridges.
The standard fixed-length cartridges are typically set at approximately 0.8 mm to 0.9 mm and do not allow depth adjustment. These fixed-depth cartridges may increase the risk of product leakage in certain treatment areas.

Set the needle depth to approximately 1.0 mm whenever appropriate for the treatment area. This often helps reduce leakage and improves product delivery.
