Glamour flat mesh molding cog pdo threads are double arm threads that combined mesh threads and molding cog together to lift saggy skin and reduce fat in double chin. It came with a special cutting that lifts the saggy skin, it has bigger cogs without damaging the body of the thread. Mold cog threads show superior tensile strength and anchoring effect compare to the regular cutting type cog. There are 16 PDO threads that is braided into a mesh on each side of the double arm cannula, the connecting part of the flat mesh is smooth and easy for inserting. The thread has the optimal thickness for supporting the tissues and it can be inserted with cannula attached to the thread without separated surgical instruments.

It has a tendency to stretch slightly, and this flexibility distributes the force applied to the thread, also making it stronger.
