Order Processing & Dispatch
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment is received. All items are dispatched directly from South Korea. Please epect 3 to 5 business days for shipping depends on your counties. Some counties might have longer shipping time.

Standard shipments are sent via UPS, DHL, FedEx, or EMS, depending on the most efficient option for your region. If you prefer UPS delivery with signature confirmation, please contact us before placing your order—an additional fee may apply.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. You are responsible for tracking your package using the courier’s website and coordinating directly with the shipping provider if any delivery arrangements are needed.
Customs & Import Duties
All packages are declared as “gifts” and marked at low value to help minimize customs duties. If your country allows duty-free imports under a certain threshold, please let us know, and we will mark the value accordingly.

Packaging & Handling
