Return & Exchange Policy
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns after this 7-day period.
For hygiene reasons, opened or used products are not eligible for return or exchange. We also do not accept returns on personal-use items such as derma rollers or microneedling tools.
Please contact us within 5 business days of receiving your package to initiate a return. Once your request is approved, we will provide the return shipping address and further instructions.
All returned items must be in their original, unopened, and unused condition. Please note that Labode Beauty reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and the original shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all return products.
Damaged Items & Shipping Claims Policy
If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 5 business days of delivery.
To process a claim, customers are required to provide official written documentation from the shipping carrier confirming that the damage occurred during transit. This documentation is necessary for us to file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
Please note that shipping insurance must be purchased at the time of order in order to be eligible for any damage claims. If shipping insurance was not selected, we are unable to offer compensation or replacements for items damaged during shipping.
We may also request supporting evidence such as photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label to assist with the claim process.
Lost or Stolen Package Policy
Once an order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, it is considered successfully fulfilled. We are not responsible for any packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend the following steps:
- Check with household members, neighbors, or your building management
- Look around your delivery area for a safe drop-off location
- Contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim or request further assistance
For added protection, we recommend selecting shipping insurance and/or signature confirmation at checkout.
Order Cancellation Policy
Unshipped orders may be canceled at any time for a full refund. If you wish to cancel your order or have any questions, please contact our customer service team.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
